Value Alignment: The nominee should exemplify qualities of innovation, resilience, and social responsibility. Preference is given to businesses that demonstrate community involvement, positive industry impact, or a commitment to ethical, sustainable practices.
Impact Evidence: While not mandatory at the nomination stage, finalists may be asked to provide evidence (testimonials, press coverage, awards, etc.) showcasing their community or industry contributions.
Participation Requirements:
Evaluation Application: Monthly winners, who advance to the finalist stage, must complete a final evaluation application, providing more in-depth information about their business operations, growth strategy, and accomplishments.
Expo Attendance: Finalists must be present in person at the National Annual G.R.O.W.T.H. Experience Business Expo to remain eligible for the $10,000 grand prize. No proxies or representatives will be accepted—this personal presence underscores the importance of leadership and direct engagement.
