Step 2: Monthly Selections
Every month, our panel selects four Trailblazers who stand out for their innovation, leadership, and resilience. Each monthly winner receives a $500 R&D Grant and exclusive club membership.

Step 3: Finalist Evaluation
Monthly winners who advance to the final stage complete a detailed evaluation application. These finalists are showcased at our G.R.O.W.T.H. Experience Business Expo.

Step 4: Grand Prize Award
One outstanding finalist will be awarded the $10,000 grand prize on the Expo stage, gaining national recognition and growth opportunities.
